G-95-04-27-10A - 4/27/19950 ORDINANCE NO. q5-0q-c)l- /04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.503, CODE OF ORDINANCES (1990 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS; TO DESIGNATE A PORTION OF GATTIS SCHOOL ROAD AS A SCHOOL ZONE CONTROLLED BY FLASHING LIGHTS; REPEALING THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.503 DESIGNATING A PORTION OF GATTIS SCHOOL ROAD AS A SCHOOL ZONE FROM 7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That Chapter 9, Section 9.503, of the Code of Ordinances (1990 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by adding the designation of a portion of Gattis School Road as a school zone controlled by flashing lights to subparagraph (3), which shall read as follows: ON FROM TO Gattis School Rd., east and westbound A point 155' east of S. Mays St. (U.S. 81) Magnolia Dr. II. That Chapter 9, Section 9.503, of the Code of Ordinances (1990 Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting the following from subparagraph (1): ON FROM TO Gattis School Rd. Mays Ave. Magnolia Dr. Gattis School Rd. Cushing Dr. Dixie Lane east and westbound KS/ORDINANCE OR50413E School Zone (Flashing Light Proposed) III. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof.
