AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.503, CODE
OF ORDINANCES (1990 EDITION), CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS;
TO DESIGNATE A PORTION OF GATTIS SCHOOL ROAD AS A
SCHOOL ZONE CONTROLLED BY FLASHING LIGHTS; REPEALING
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.503 DESIGNATING
A PORTION OF GATTIS SCHOOL ROAD AS A SCHOOL ZONE
FROM 7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR
RESOLUTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS:
I.
That Chapter 9, Section 9.503, of the Code of Ordinances (1990
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by adding
the designation of a portion of Gattis School Road as a school zone
controlled by flashing lights to subparagraph (3), which shall read
as follows:

Magnolia Dr.
II.
That Chapter 9, Section 9.503, of the Code of Ordinances (1990
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting
the following from subparagraph (1):

III.
