AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FOLLOWING THREE
EASEMENTS: (1) A FORTY FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
RECORDED IN VOLUME 1267, PAGE 703 OF THE WILLIAMSON
COUNTY DEED RECORDS, (2) A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
RECORDED IN VOLUME 1267, PAGE 707 OF THE WILLIAMSON
COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND (3) A FIFTEEN FOOT ACCESS
EASEMENT RECORDED IN VOLUME 995, PAGE 547 OF THE
WILLIAMSON COUNTY DEED RECORDS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS.
WHEREAS, Southcreek Group, Ltd., the owner of South Creek
Section 12, a Subdivision in the City of Round Rock has petitioned
the CITY COUNCIL OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS to vacate three easements
over said South Creek Section 12; and
WHEREAS, all authorized public utility users of said
easements have concurred in writing with said petition; Now
Therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
I .
That the City Council hereby vacates and abandons the
following three easements: (1) a drainage easement forty (40) feet
in width recorded in Volume 1267, Page 703, Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas, said easement being more particularly
described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; (2)
a drainage easement recorded in Volume 1267, Page 707, Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas, said easement being more particularly
described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "B" attached hereto; and
(3) an access easement fifteen (15) feet in width recorded in

II.
A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions
thereof.

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.
