D7- l L/ --SD AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT I. On the 11th day of August, 1994, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. On the 16th day of August, 1994, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a second public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. (Spring Ridge) (First Reading) Staff Resource Person: Joe Vining Recommendation: Approval The owner has submitted an application for voluntary annexation of 6.36 acres of land to be developed as part of the proposed Spring Ridge Subdivision. Most of the Spring Ridge Subdivision, 67.84 acres, is within the corporate limits of Round Rock. The annexation of this small tract makes the entire subdivision of total of 74.20 acres. This is the first step in the annexation process. The attached paperwork includes the timetable for the annexation and original zoning processes. The annexation public hearings will be conducted on August 11, 1994 at the regular Council meeting and August 16, 1994 at a special called with the first reading of the annexation ordinance on September 8, 1994.
