AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC
HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 9th day of December, 1993, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing
giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed
annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part of.
On the 23rd, day of December, 1993, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a second public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the
proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of.
Alternative 1
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative vote of all
the Council members present, the requirement for reading this ordinance on two
separate days was dispensed with.

ANNEXATION OR CITY LIMITS EXTENSION PETITION
TO TEE MAYOR AND GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of land, which is
vacant and without residents, or on which less than three (3) qualified voters reside,
hereby petition your Honorable Body to extend the present city limits so as to include
as a part of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the following described territory, to -wit:
(See Exhibit "A")
We hereby certify, under oath, that:
(1) WE ARE THE TRUE AND ONLY OWNERS OF THE ABOVE •DESCRIBED
TRACT OF LAND and as evidence thereof we have attached as Exhibit 'B" a true and
-current copy of the Warranty Deed whereby we acquired said property, -and
(2) the above described tract of land is contiguous and adjacent to the
current city Limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas.

FIELD NOTES FOR 42.478 ACRES
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in
Williamson County, Texas and being a part of the P.A. Holder
Survey, A-297, and being also a part of a 89.4 acre tract of
land described in Volume 479, Page 373 of the Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the West line of Lot
3 in Plock D of South Creek Section Six as recorded
in Cabinet F, Slide 360 of the Plat Records of
Williamson County, Texas, in the Northeast corner of
South Creek Section Seven, for the Southeast corner
of this tract.
THENCE S 84°23'08" W 859.24 feet to an iron pin
found on the West line of the above mentioned 87.4
acre tract, in the Northwest corner of the said
Section Seven, for the Southwest corner of this
tract.
THENCE N 06°41'14" W with the West line of the said
87.4 acre tract 545.21 feet to a P -K nail set in
concrete at an angle point of the said 87.4 acre
tract for an angle point of this tract.
THENCE N 14°17'50" W with the West line of the said
87.4 acre tract 1460.32 feet to an iron post at a
cattleguard for an angle point of this tract.
THENCE N 14°27'06" W at 256.27 feet pass an iron
oin set on the bank of bake Creek and continue for a
total of 312.87 feet to a.point on the approximate
centerline of Lake Creek for the Northwest corner of
this tract.
THENCE down the approximate centerline of Lake Creek
for the following four (4) courses:
(1) S 52°08'14" E 613.25 feet
(2) S 68°28'35" E 323.79 feet
(3) S 74°01'15" E 365.01 feet
(4) S 72°44'52" E 240.71 feet to the Northwest
corner of South Creek Section Two as recorded in
Cabinet F, Slide 164 of the said Plat Records for
the Northeast corner of this tract.
THENCE S 01°02'00" W with the West line of Section
Two 140.50 feet to an iron pin found for an angle
point of this tract.
THENCE S 00°05'10" W 902.66 feet to an iron pin
found for an angle point of this tract.
00c33' 03" W 80.37 feet to an iron pin
found in an angle point of South Creek Section Six
for an angle point of this tract.
THLNCE S 00°12'24" E 98.69 feet to an iron pin
found in the Northwest corner Of Lot 1 in Block E of
