G-93-10-14-8B - 10/14/1993ORDINANCE NO. 0-- w 88 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF CORRIDOR PLACE TO WADLEY PLACE; CHANGING THE NAME OF CORRIDOR DRIVE TO PARKER DRIVE; AND CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF JARRETT WAY TO MICHAEL ANGELO WAY; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. That the name of the street now known as Corridor Place is hereby changed to Wadley Place. II. That the name of the street now known as Corridor Drive is hereby changed to Parker Drive. That the name of a portion of the street now known as Jarrett Way, being that portion that extends in a northwesterly direction from its intersection with Bratton Lane to a point seven hundred fifty (750') feet beyond its intersection with Wadley Place, is hereby changed to Michael Angelo Way. IV. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. Alternative 1. By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.
