AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY
OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
THAT
I.
On the 12th day of November, 1992, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing
giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed
annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part of.
II.
On the 19th day of November, 1992, at 5:30 o'clock P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing
giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed
annexation by the City of the above described property.
III.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to cause notices of such
public hearings to be published in a newspaper having a general circulation in the City
and in the territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be published at least once in
such newspaper not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days to prior to
said hearings, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
IV.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a service
plan that provides for the extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

Council members present, the requirement for reading this ordinance on two separate

FIELD NOTES describing 194.406 acres of land, in the Robert McNutt
League, Abstract No. 422, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being
all of that certain subdivision known as Oak Bluff Estates, Phase 2, as
shown on a Plat of Record in Cabinet F, Slides 253-259 of the Plat
Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the original south right-of-way line of County
Road No. 123, being the original northwest corner of said Oak Bluff
Estates, Phase 2, also being at or near the northeast corner of that
certain 31.172 acre tract of land conveyed to Travis D. Johnson by deed
