RECOMMENDATION: Approval
On August 6, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended an
inspection fee for the installation of water, wastewater, paving, and drainage works
related to subdivision development. This inspection fee will be established at 1-1/2
percent of the contract price for these works. The funds from these fees have been
included in the proposed 1992-93 budget for the City of Round Rock.
Economic Impact: This is projected to raise $36,000.00 in revenue in FY 1992-93.
