AMENDMENT TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
AGREEMENT is entered into thisilfb: of-DaeA AIQe.r 2016 by and between the
City of Round Rock, a Texas home-rule municipality (herein called "CITY") and the Round
Rock Housing Authority (herein called "RRHA").
WHEREAS, CITY and RRHA entered into the Community Development Block Grant
Agreement ("CDBG Agreement") on January 8, 2016,and
WHEREAS, CITY and RRHA have agreed to amend the CDBG Agreement to allow
RRHA to serve fewer clients than expected;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements
contained herein,the Parties agree to amend section 1.3 to read as follows:
1.3 Levels of Accomplishment-Goals and Performance Measures
In addition to normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, RRHA
agrees to provide the following program services:
Activity Unduplicated Clients Receiving
Program Services Per Year
Elementary and Secondary 56 unduplicated clients
Educational Tutoring
THIS AMENDMENT only amends Section 1.3 of the CDBG Agreement, and except as
amended hereby, all other terms of the CDBG Agreement, and any prior amendment, remain in
full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,this Amendment is executed to-be effective as of the date first
indicated above.

Consider executing a Round Rock Housing Authority amendment to the original agreement. RRHA
did not meet the unduplicated client count in the original agreement and will require an amendment.
The changes made to the agreement will reduce the number-of unduplicated clients from 100 to 56
clients. There will be no increase/decrease in funding amount for the agreement.All funds have
been expended for program.
