CM-2016-1263 - 12/19/2016 DECLARATION OF WASTEWATER EASEMENT THE STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON § That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (hereinafter called the "Declarant") has executed this Declaration of Wastewater Easement for the purpose of establishing the following exclusive easement vested in, inuring to, and in favor of, Declarant, in and under the following described property in Williamson County,Texas,to-wit: Being out of that certain tract of land out of the George W.
