A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CREATION OF THE GRIMES
BOULEVARD PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1; AND
AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, a petition regarding the creation and establishment
of the Grimes Boulevard Public Improvement District No. 1 on
property described in the attached Exhibit "A" has been submitted
to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to call a public hearing to
consider the creation of the Grimes Boulevard Public Improvement
District No. 1, Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
I.
That a public hearing regarding the creation and establishment
of the Grimes Boulevard Public Improvement District #1 shall be
held before the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas on
the 20th day of December, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664.
II.
That the City Secretary is directed to give proper notice of
the hearing as required by Section 372.009 of the Local Government
Code.

The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice
of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this
Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to

and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
