WHEREAS, a petition of the Grimes Boulevard property described in the to the City, and regarding the creation and establishment Public Improvement District No. 2 on attached Exhibit "A" has been submitted WHEREAS, the City desires to call a public hearing to consider the creation of the Grimes Boulevard Public Improvement District No. 2, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, I. That a public hearing regarding the creation and establishment of the Grimes Boulevard Public Improvement District #2 shall be held before the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas on the 20th day of December, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664.
