AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES LOCATED
WITHIN THE NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
I.
That notice of a public hearing was given in accordance with
Chapter 372.016, Local Government Code, V.A.T.S., to consider
assessing various properties located in the North Industrial Parkway
Public Improvement District.
II.
That total cost of all improvements to be constructed within the
North Industrial Parkway Public Improvement District is $230,000.00.
III.
That, after considering testimony given at said public hearing,
the City Council holds that the properties within said District shall
be assessed in the manner described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and incorporated herein.
IV.
The annual payments shown in Exhibit "A" shall continue for
seven years, or until the total cost of the improvements are paid in
full.
V.
A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof.

THIS ORDINANCE WILL AUTHORIZE THE ASSESSING OF VARIOUS
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
FOR IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE DISTRICT. THE COST OF
SAID IMPROVEMENT IS TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($230,000.00).

PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, AND THE MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
The undersigned landowners, pursuant to the Public Improvement
Assessment Act, Chapter 372.001 et seq., Local Government Code,
Vernon's Annot. Civil Statutes, respectfully petition the Mayor and
the City Council for the establishment of the North Industrial
Roadway Public Improvement Assessment District.
In support of said petition, Petitioners show to City Council
the following:
1. General nature of proposed improvement.
The proposed improvement shall consist of a forty (40)
foot curb and gutter street, drainage structures, and
related construction work.
2. Estimated cost of improvement.
The estimated cost of the improvement is $230,000.00,
that includes a 15% contingency.
3. Boundaries of proposed assessment district.
The boundaries of the proposed assessment district are
as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
4. Proposed method of assessment.
The proposed method of assessment is based on the
allocations as depicted in Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
5. Proposed apportionment of cost between assessment district
and the City of Round Rock.
Property owners within District shall be responsible
for 100% of the total cost of improvement.
6. Management of District.
The District shall be managed solely by the City of
Round Rock, Texas.
