(Second Reading) STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Bob Bennett STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Due to the increased activity of Municipal Court, the time spent by the Municipal Judge has also increased. This additional expense will allow the judge to be compensated at $50/hour and revenues will come from Municipal Court fines. ECONOMIC IMPACT: Increase the General Fund Budget- $500/month effective 8/1/89. Total impact for remainder of fiscal 1988-89- $1,000 (Please see attached budget summary)
