AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND SETTING A DATE,
TIME, AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT,

o'clock p_ M. in the City Council Chambers,
City of Round Rock, Texas, the -City Council will hold a
public hearing giving all interested persons the right
to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the
City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property described
in Exhibit (s) "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
II.
On the 29th day of June , 19 89
at 6:00 o'clock P. M. in the City Council Chambers
of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will
hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the
right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by
the City of the above described property.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed
to cause notices of such public hearings to be published
in a newspaper having general circulation in the City and
in the territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be
published at least once in such newspaper not more than
twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said
hearings, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
IV.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for
the extension of municipal services into the area
proposed to be annexed.

FIELD NOTES describing a 6.145 acre tract of land in the J.H. Randall
Survey, Abstract No. 531, the Joseph Marshall Survey, Abstract No.
409, and the Samuel Jenkins Survey, Abstract No. 347, situated in
Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of County Road No. 122 and
a portion of Gattis School Road, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west right-of-way line of said County
Road No. 122, being the southeast corner of that certain 1.507 acre
tract of land conveyed to Preston & Arant by deed recorded in Volume
772, Page 457 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, also
being the northeast corner of the remainder of that certain 76 acre
tract of land conveyed to M. H. Freeman by deed recorded in Volume
