Mayor and Council members to abstain from voting on ordinances and resolutions.
8. Consider recommendation on proposal to amend Section 5.01 of the City Charter to correct a
typographical error and to clarify language related to the calling of elections by the City
Council.
9. Consider recommendation on proposal to amend Section 5.02 of the City Charter to clarify
prohibitions against City employees filing for elective office and to provide an alternative
procedure for placing a candidate's name on the ballot.
