AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A TOURISM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX ORDINANCE,
CHAPTER 1, SECTION 27, CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the tourism budget for fiscal year 1988 for the expenditure
of Hotel Occupancy Tax revenues be as shown on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
II.
A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed.
B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this
ordinance shall not invalidate other section or provisions thereof.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The accompanying budget is as presented last
meeting with one change.
The Chamber of Commerce amount has been reduced
from 3 to 21. This reduction of $6,000 has
been moved to an unallocated surplus for future
uses.
