TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on February 23, 2017, at 7:00 P.M.
by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning a request filed by Related
Affordable, regarding the funding for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the existing 24 -unit Round
Rock Oakgrove Apartments, located at 900 Westwood Drive. The project would be financed, in part, by
equity generated from low-income housing tax credits issued by the Texas Department of Housing and
Community Affairs. The applicant is required by State law to pursue a signed resolution stating the City
Council supports the application for this funding assistance. Please note that the subject property is
currently zoned as MF -2 (Multifamily — Medium Density) and contains a 24 -unit apartment complex,
which would be purchased and renovated with the funding. The resolution is to consider the City's
position on the requested tax credits.
