The 1986 current taxes shown for Kelly Cleaners, Nelson Hardware building and The Broom Factory were the actual taxes paid after City Council Tax abatement action for 1986. The 1987 Land and Improvement Valuations assigned to each property were confirmed with the Williamson County Appraisal District. The current tax figure is based upon the $0.4269 tax rate in order to estimate 1987 current taxes. The 1987 City Tax Rate has not been determined at this time and, as a result, the current tax figure for 1987 may change in the future when this rate is available.
