AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 28th day of June , 19 84 , at 5.m
o'clock p.m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving.
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit
made a part hereof.

On the 28th day of June , 19 84 , at 7:00
o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
III.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
Iv.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

FIELD NOTES
THE HERMITAGE - SECTION 3
All that certain tract on parcel of land situated in the David Curry
Survey, Abstract No. 130, in Williamson County, Texas, being all
of that certain called 35.265 acre tract conveyed to Tonkawa Springs,
Inc, etal, by Daisy Dell Fulkes Metcalfe, et vir as described in
Deed of Record in Volume 694, Page 152, Deed Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a 1" iron rod found on the Northeast right-of-way line
of Sam Bass Road, for the Northwest corner of the above mentioned
35.265 acre tract, and from which point the Northeast corner of the
Elisha McDaniel Survey, same being an interior corner of the said
David Curry Survey, bears N78°53'W, 1594.1± feet;
THENCE, N71°07'00"E, 2911.91 feet along the North line of the said
35.265 acre tract to a 1/2" iron rod found for the Northeast corner
of the said 35.265 acre tract, some being in the West line of the
International & Great Northern Railroad Company right-of-way as de-
scribed in Volume 36, Page 587, Deed Records of Williamson County,
Texas;
THENCE, S13°35'33"E, 560.92 feet along the West line of the above
mentioned Railroad Company right-of-way to the occupied Southeast
corner of the said 35.265 acre tract;
THENCE, S71°07'05"W, 2593.06 feet along the South line of the said
35.265 acre tract to a 1" iron rod found in the Northeast right-
of-way line of said Sam Bass Road, same being the Southwest corner
of the said 35.265 acre tract;
THENCE, N44°.26'44"W, 619.06 feet along the Northeast right-of-way
line of Sam Bass Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 35.290
acres of land, more or less.
