AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 26th day of April , 1984 , at 5:45
o'clock p .m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving.
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
II.
On the _26th day of April , 19 84 , at 7:00
o'clock-- p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
III.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having generalcirculation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
Iv.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

tive vote of all the Council members present, the requirement
for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed
with.

EXHIBIT "A"
BEING -one (1) acre of the E. Evans Survey, Abstract No.
212 in Williamson County, Texas, and being part of the
89.49 acres First Tract described in a Deed from W. T.
Tisdale, et al, to C. W. Peterson dated January 28, 1909,
of record in Volume 131, Page 259, Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in
April, 1969, by W. F. Forest;
BEGINNING at a fence corner in the West line of a
graveled county road running along the East line of the
Evans Survey, about 1250 feet from the S.E. corner of
same at the S.E. corner of a garden N 71 E 224 feet and S
19 E 1148 feet from an iron stake at the S.W. corner of
the Second Tract in the Peterson Deed, as it is fenced;
THENCE S 190 E 161.3 feet with the road line;
THENCE S 710 W 270 feet;
THENCE N 190 W 161.3, feet;
THENCE N 71° E 270 feet with the pasture and garden fence
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
