AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 12th da of Apri 1
Y , 19 84 , at 5:45
o'clock p.m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
II.
On the 12th day of April , 19 84 , at 7:00
o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
III.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
IV.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan. that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

tive vote of all the Council members present, the requirement
for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed

SERVICE PLAN
SOUTH CREEK, TRACT D ANNEXATION
3.025 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS
The City of Round Rock, Texas will provide for the
extension of municipal services into the territory to be
annexed in accordance with the following schedule:
1. Police protection - immediately upon annexation.
2. Fire protection - immediately upon annexation.
3. Solid waste collection
annexation.

4. Maintenance of existing water and wastewater
facilities - immediately upon annexation.
5. Maintenance of existing public roads, streets
and street lighting - immediately upon annex-
ation.
6. Maintenance of existing public parks, play-
grounds, and swimming pools - immediately upon
annexation.
7. Maintenance of any existing publically owned
facility building or service within the
territory to be annexed - immediately upon
annexation.
8. Capital improvements sufficient for providing
municipal services for the subject tract are in
place such that the cost associated with the
extension of service lines to proposed building
sites within the tract will be borne by the
owner and/or developer.

BEING 3.025 ACRES(131759 sq. ft.) OF LAND OUT OF THE P. A.
HOLDER SURVEY, A-297, IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN 50.00 ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO DYER
CREEK DEVELOPMENT BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 955, PAGE 557,
WILLIAMSON COUNTY DEED RECORDS, SAID 3.025 ACRES BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner hereof, being on the west
line of the said 50.00 acre tract, and from which the northwest
corner of same bears N00 05'10"E, 781.69 feet and NO1 56'00"E,
140.50 feet;
THENCE with the west line of the said 50.00 acre tract,
S00 05'10"W, 120.97 feet and S00 33 00'W, 29.03 feet to the
southwest corner hereof;
THENCE over and across the said 50.00 acre tract, the
following three(3) courses and distances:
(1) N89 49'32"E, 825.84 feet to the southeast corner
hereof;
(2) N35 07'36"E, 183.80 feet to the northeast corner
hereof;
and (3) S89 49'32"W, 931.13 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
hereof, containing 3.025 acres(131759 sq. ft.) of land more or
less.
