AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 22nd day of March , 19 34, at 5:15
o'clock p.m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit
made a part hereof.

On the 22nd day of March , 19 84 , at 7:00
o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
III,
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
Iv,
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

FIELD NOTES FOR 4.655 ACRES
FIELD NOTES describing a 4.655 acre tract or parcel of land, being 4.489 acres
out of the David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130 and 0.166 acres out of the
George W. Glasscock Survey, Abstract No. 267, situated in Williamson County,
Texas, being all of the remainder of that certain 41.93 acres conveyed to Joe M.
Saunders by deed recorded in Volume 517, Page 626 of the Deed Records of said
County, being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said 41.93 acres, being the Southeast cor-
ner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described 4.655 acres;
THENCE along the South line of said 41.93 acres, being the South line hereof,
the following two (2) courses:
1) S76°23'30"W, 167.22 feet to an angle point hereof;
2) 576°34'50"W, 232.03 feet to the Southeast corner of a 37.28 acre tract con-
veyed to Provident Development Company by deed recorded in Volume 926, Page 671
of said Deed Records; being the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along an East line of said 37.28 acres, being the West line hereof,
N19°13'W, 378.19 feet to a point in a curving South line of said 37.28 acres,
being the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along said South line, the following two (2) courses:
1) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta = 01°03'57",
radius = 365.21 feet, arc = 6.79 feet, tangent = 3.40 feet, chord bearing and
chord = N65°091E, 6.79 feet to a Point of Tangency hereof;
2) N6 4°37'E, 433.20 feet to a point in the West margin of County Road No. 115
(Sunrise Road)., being an angle point hereof;
THENCE along said West margin, N89°56'E, 118.41 feet to the Northeast corner
hereof;
THENCE along an East line of said 41.93 acres, being the East line hereof,
SO0°24140"W, 452.63 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract
of land containing 4.655 acres of land.
