AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLICHEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 22nd day of March , 19 84 , at 5:15
o'clock P.m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving_
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit
made a part hereof.

o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
III.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
IV.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

FIELD NOTES FOR THE SETTLEMENT - SECTION ONE
FIELD NOTES describing a 37.244 acre tract or parcel of land out of the David Curry Sur-
vey, Abstract No. 130 situated in Williamson County, Texas, being all of that certain
37.28 acres conveyed to Provident Development Company by deed recorded in Volume 926, Page
671 of the Deed Records of said County, found this survey to contain 37.244 acres, being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at the Southeast corner of said David Curry Survey; thence
N31°04'30"W, 1834 feet to an iron pin set in the rear line of Lot 11, Block A, Sunrise
Vista Section One (Revised), as shown on a Plat of Record in Cabinet E, Slide 52-53 of the
Plat Records of said County, being the most Southerly Southeast corner and POINT OF BEGIN-
NING of the hereinafter described 37.244 acres;
THENCE along the North line of said Sunrise Vista Section One (Revised), being the South
line hereof, the following two (2) courses:
1) S76°34'50"W, 1172.15 feet to an iron pin set, being an angle point hereof;
2) 576'24'30"W, 482.89 feet to an iron pin found, being the Northwest corner of said Sun-
rise Vista Section One (Revised), being the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the West line hereof, N18°13'30"W, 764.50 feet to an iron pin found, being
the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line hereof, N70°41'45"E, 2065.77 feet to an iron pin set at a
fence corner post in the West right-of-way line of County Road No. 115, Sunrise Road,
being the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along said West right-of-way line, being an East line hereof,.S19°48'E, 507.90 feet
to an iron pin found, being an angle point hereof;
THENCE departing said West right-of-way line, in a Westerly direction, the following two
(2) courses:
1) S64°37'W, 433.20 feet to an iron pip set, being a Point of Curvature hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta = 1°03'57", arc = 6.79
feet, radius = 365.21 feet, chord bearing and chord = S65°09'W, 6.79 feet to an iron pin
set, being an angle point hereof;
THENCE S19°13'E, 378.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract of
