O-84-2101 - 2/23/1984NO. 2101 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE CODE OF ORDI- NANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS BY ADDING SECTION 4 PROHIBITING SMOKING IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: I. THAT CHAPTER 6, CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS IS HEREBY AMENDED BY ADDING SECTION 4: SECTION 4: SMOKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN PLACES A. AUTHORITY TO DESIGNATE PLACES IN WHICH SMOKING IS PROHIBITED Whenever any ordinance of this City designates any place in which smoking is prohibited, signs giving notice thereof shall be placed and maintained, and no such regulation shall be effective unless such signs are in place. B. PLACES IN WHICH SMOKING IS PROHIBITED The following are hereby declared to be places in which smoking is unlawful at all times. 1. City Council Chambers II. A. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, or resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof.
