AUSTIN WHITE LIME
AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF" THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN. PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT
I.
On the 8th day of March , 1984 , at 5:45
o'clock p.m. on the site of the property proposed to be
annexed, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving.
all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
II.
On the 8th day of March , 19 84 , at 7:00
o'clock- p .m. in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and
be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of the
above-described property.
The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notices of such public hearings to be published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the
territory proposed to be annexed; such notices to be pub-
lished at least once in such newspaper not more than twenty
(20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to said hearings,
all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act.
IV.
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a service plan that provides for the
extension of municipal services into the area proposed to be
annexed.

FIELD NOTES FOR AN 8.251 ACRE
"TRACT A" AND AN I1.681 ACRE "TRACT B"
FIELD NOTES describing an 8.251 acre "TRACT A", and an 11.081 acre "TRACT B",
out of the J. M. Harrell Survey, Abstract No. 284, situated in Williamson
County, Texas, being a portion of the remainder of that certain 47.83 acre
"FIRST TRACT" conveyed to Austin White Lime Company by deed recorded in Volume
717, Page 403 of the Deed Records of said County and all of that certain 0.476
acre "PARCEL A" and that certain 0.350 acre "PARCEL B" conveyed to said Austin
White Lime Company by deed recorded in Volume 955, Page 688 of said Deed
Records, and a portion of that certain "TRACT D", surveyed June 10, 1982, by
Steven D. Kallman, Registered Public Surveyor No. 3337, being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
"TRACT A"
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a point in the North right-of-way line of R.M. 620,
being the Southeast corner of a 15.00 acre tract conveyed to Lifemark Hospitals,
Inc., by deed recorded in Volume 871, Page 888 of said Deed Records and the
Southwest corner of said "FIRST TRACT"; thence along the division line between
said 15.00 acres and said "FIRST TRACT", N18°46'30"W, 20.04 feet to a point,
being the Southwest corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described
"TRACT A";
THENCE along said division line, the following two (2) courses:
1) N18°46130"W, 264.39 feet to a 60-D nail at a fence corner post, being the
Southwest corner of a 132.808 acre tract of land conveyed to P.M.H. Joint Ven-
ture by deed recorded in Volume 923, Page 559 of said Deed Records, being the
Southwest corner of said "PARCEL A" and the Northwest corner of said "FIRST
TRACT", being an angle point hereof;
2) N18°51'15"W, 13.47 feet to the Northwest corner of said "PARCEL A", being
the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line of said "PARCEL A", being the North line hereof, the
following two (2) courses:
1) N71'40'E, 792.28 feet to an angle point hereof;
2) N68'27'E, 730.28 feet to the Northeast corner of said "PARCEL A", being the
Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the East line hereof, the following two (2) courses:
1) S21°32'E, 204.45 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta = 18°44'41",
radius = 30.00 feet, arc = 9.81 feet, tangent = 4.95 feet, chord bearing and
chord = S12°09'30"E, 9.77 feet to a Point of Tangency hereof;
THENCE along a line twenty (20) feet North of and adjacent and parallel to said
North right-of-way line, S67°44'25"W, 1533.20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of
the herein described tract of land containing 8.251 acres of land more or less.
"TRACT B"
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the fenced South line of that certain 132.808
acres conveyed to P.M.H. Joint Venture by deed recorded in Volume 923, Page 559
of said Deed Records, being the Southeast corner of that certain "PARCEL B" con-
veyed to said Austin White Lime Company by deed recorded in Volume 955, Page 688
of said Deed Records, also being the Southwest corner of a 7.302 acre tract own-
ed by Joel Johnson, being an angle point in the North line and the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the hereinafter described "TRACT 8";
THENCE along the North line of said "FIRST TRACT", being the North line hereof,
the following three (3) courses:
1) N69°00'50"E, 293.13 feet to an iron pin found at a fence post, being an
angle point hereof;
2) N68'50'25"E, 353.51 feet to an iron pin found at a fence corner post on the
North edge of a steep bluff along Brushy Creek, being the most Northerly North-
east corner of said "FIRST TRACT" and the Northwest corner of said "TRACT D",
being an angle point hereof;
3) N69'14'50"E, 86.00 feet to an iron pin found in the centerline of said
Brushy Creek, being the Northeast corner of said "TRACT 0", being the Northeast
corner hereof;
