AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN. PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT

Volume 136, Page 535, Williamson County Deed Records, said iron stake in rock
mound being in the northeast line of Tract No. 4-A of 12.69 acres, as set

Round Rock -Liberty Hill -Leander Road, as fenced and used upon the ground, as

iron stake at corner of fence being the BEGINNING and most northerly. corner

(1) THENCE with the southwestline of the Round Rock -Liberty
Hill -Leander Road, as fenced and used upon the ground, being the northeast
line of the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract, S 44° 15' E 178.03 varas to a
steel pin in a rock mound at corner of fence at the intersection of the
northerly prolongation of a fence on the east line of a 17.5 acre tract out
of the David Curry 3/4 League Survey, Abstract X1130, in Williamson County,
Texas, as described in a deed from Comp Freeman, et al to Chas. D. Fulks
(Fulkes) as recorded in Volume 181, Page 153, Williamson County Deed Records,
and being also described in a deed from Andrew Freeman to Chas. D. Fulkes as
recorded in Volume 236, Page 373, Williamson County Deed Records, being also
a west line of a 2.5 acre tract a portion of the David Curry 3/4 League
Survey as described in a deed from William Earle, et ux to John Tisdale as
recorded in Volume 108, Page 79, Williamson County Deed Records;
(2) THENCE with a fence on the east line of the said Fulkes 17.5 acre
tract, being also an east line of the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract, and
being also a west line of the said )Tisdale 2.5 acre tract described in Volume
108, Page 79, Williamson County Deed Records, S 18° 51' E at 47.06 varas
passing an iron stake in rock mound at corner of fence, and continuing with
said fence at 275.40 varas passing an iron stake in rock mound in said fence,
in all 332.20 varas to a steel pin set in a rock mound at corner of fence for
a corner of the said Fulkes 17.5 acre tract, being also a corner of the said
Tisdale 2.5 acre tract described in Volume 108, Page 79, Williamson County
Deed Records, and at the most easterly or southeast corner of the said
Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract;
(3) THENCE with a fence along a southeast line of the said Fulkes 17.5
acre tract and the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract, being also a northwest
line of the said Tisdale 2.5 acre tract described in said Volume 108, Page
79, Williamson County Deed Records, S 30° 09' W at 42.10 varas passing an old
rock mound, at 45.80 varas passing a steel pin, at 74.23 varas passing a
steel pin in rock mound on the low bank near end of fence about 6 varas from
the waters edge of Brushy.Creek, in all 89.71 varas, (previous record called
for 100 varas), to a point in the center of the channel of Brushy Creek, for
the most southerly corner of the said Fulkes 17.5 acre tract and.the most
southerly corner of the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract, and being also a
corner of the said Tisdale 2.5 acre tract described in said Volume 108, Page
79, Williamson County Deed Records;
THENCE with the meanders of the center of the channel of Brushy Creek,
being also the southwest lines of the said Fulkes 17.5 acre tract and being
the southwest lines of the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract, courses numbered
4-6 inclusive as follows:
(4) N 34° 42' W 67.33 varas to a point;
(5) N 51° 18' W 130.33 varas to a point;
(6) N 57° 25' W 150.47 varas to'a point at the southerly prolongation
of a fence on the division line between the Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract and the
said Lucretia Fulkes Peterson Tract No. 3-B of 12.69 acres, said point being
the most southerly or southeast corner of the said Lucretia Fulkes Peterson
Tract No. 3-B of 12.69 acres and the most westerly or southwest corner of the
said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract;
(7) THENCE with the southerly prolongation of said fence and with said
fence along the division line between the said Metcalfe 13.53 acre tract and
the Lucretia Fulkes Peterson Tract No. 3-B of 12.69 acres, N 14° 55' E
passing the south end of said fence and an iron stake in rock mound on the
low bank and near the waters edge of Brushy Creek, in all 312.10 varas to the
place of the beginning, containing 13.525 acres of land.
