O-83-2062 - 10/13/1983ORDINANCE NO. 2062 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTEi° iSION OF THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY O ROUND ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY CONITIGUOUS WITH THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS. WHEREAS, a petition .has been presented to the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting that the extraterritorial jurisdiction of said City be extended to include the property described in Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, said petition was signed by 11 of the owners of said property, and WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the otherwise existing extraterritorial jurisdiction_ of the City of Round Rock, and WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterr"itorial jurisdic- tion will not conflict with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of another city, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in -the best interest of the City of Round Rock to so extend its; extraterritorial jurisdiction to include the above descril property, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: I. Mayfield, deed dated January 10, 1931 and recorded in Vol. 258, Page 214 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
