AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS WITH
THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a petition .has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting that the.
extraterritorial jurisdiction of said City be extended to
include the property described in.Exhibits A and- 13, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by all of. the owners
of said property, and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the other wise
existing extraterritorial jurisdiction. of. the City of Round
Rock, and
WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterritoria't jurisdic-
tion will not conflict 'with the -extraterritorial• j risdiction
• of another city, and

TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
Greetings:
I (We) the owner(s) of the following described territory,
which adjoins and is contiguous to the existing extraterritorial
jurisdiction of Round Rock, Texas, and which is not within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of any other city, request that
such extraterritorial jurisdiction of Round Rock be extended,
pursuant to Art. 970a, Sec. 3. C. V.A.C.S., to include said
property, described in exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
