O-83-2040 - 10/13/1983ORDINANCE NO. 2040 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF 1IHE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROWED ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS WTH THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF TIRE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS. WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to thoe City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting t:at the extraterritorial jurisdiction of said City be extended to include the property described in Exhibits A and B, a attached hereto and made a hereof, and WHEREAS, said petition was signed by all of the owners of said property, and WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the otherwise existing extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of7 Round Rock, and WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterritorial jugyisdic- tion will not conflict with the extraterritorial juriscaiction of another city, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best iaterest of the City of Round Rock to so extend its extraterr-torial jurisdiction to include the above described property, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND. >) ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: I.
