ORDINANCE NO. 2036 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTE£iS;; OF THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE Ca.! OFF ROUND ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY COI TIG- _,US WITH THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS. WHEREAS, a petition . has been preserved to the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting that the extraterritorial jurisdiction of said City' be extended to include the property described in Exhibits ilk arid B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, said petition was signed by all of the owners of said property, and WHEREAS, said property is contiguous It© the otherwise existing extraterritorial jurisdiction of tie City of Round Rock, and WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterritorial jurisdic- tion will not conflict with the extratertiritou-ial jurisdiction of another city, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in tthe best interest of the City of Round Rock to so extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction to include the above describ€gad property, now therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: The extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Round Rock, Texas shall be extended so as to inc- .Lude the property described in Exhibit A, and outlined in red -ink" in Exhibit B, both exhibits attached hereto and made a part.hereof.
