AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS WITH
THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a petition -has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting that the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of said. City be extended to
include the property described in Exhibits A and B, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by all of the owners
of said property, and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the otherwise
existing extraterritorial jurisdiction. of the City of Round
Rock, and
WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterritorial jurisdic-
tion will not conflict with the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of another city, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest
of the City of Round Rock to so extend its extraterritorial
jurisdiction to include the above described property, now
therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Round
Rock, Texas shall be extended so as to include the property
described in Exhibit A, and outlined in red ink in Exhibit B,
both exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof.

cable)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirma-
tive vote of all the Council members present, the requirement
for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed
with.

containing the entire right-of-way of County Road 175 from said north

extraterritorial jurisdiction of any other city.

TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
Greetings:
I (We) the owner(s) of the following described territory,
which adjoins and is contiguous to the existing extraterritorial
jurisdiction of Round Rock, Texas, and which is not within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of any other city, request that
such extraterritorial jurisdiction of Round Rock be extended,
pursuant to Art. 970a, Sec. 3. C. V.A.C.S., to include said
property, described in exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all intents and purposes.
