AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK TO INCLUDE CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS WITH
THE EXISTING EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a petition .has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas requesting that the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of said City be extended to
include the property described in Exhibits A One through A Six and
Exhibits B One through B Brix, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by all of the owners
of said property, and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the otherwise
existing extraterritorial jurisdiction. of the City of Round
Rock, and
WHEREAS, the extension of the extraterritorial jurisdic-
tion will not conflict with the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of another city, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest
of the City of Round Rock to so extend its extraterritorial
jurisdictionto include the above described property, now
therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Round
Rock, Texas shall be extended so as to include the property
described in Exhibits A, and outlined in red ink in Exhibits.$,
both exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof.

cable)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirma-
tive vote of all the Council members present, the requirement
for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed
with.

Texas, according to the map or plat thereof of record in Volume 9, Page
59, (now found in Cabinet C, Slides 70-71), Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas,
SAVE AND EXCEPT any of the above property which is currently within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of any other city.

EXHIBIT "A-TWO"
A tract of land being the eastern 2.67 acres out of the 5 acres of the
J. Marshall Survey, A-409, Williamson County, Texas, part of a tract of
77.02 acres described in Deed to Raymond Woytek, of record in Vol. 512,
Page 174, Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas and being TRACT #7 of
a proposed Subdivision of a part of 77.02 acre tract, placed an iron pin
at all corners.
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the W line of a 30 foot wide Public Road in E
line of the 77.02 acre tract, 1505.4 feet from SE corner of same.
THENCE W868 feet.
THENCE N 250.9° with W line of 77.02 acre tract.
THENCE E 868 feet.
THENCE S 250.0° feet with W line of said road to POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAVE AND EXCEPT any of the above property which is currently within
the extraterritorial jurisdiction of any other city.

BEGINNING at a steel pin found at a fence corner in the west line of
a county road, same being the east line of said Woytek tract for the
southeast corner of the 5.124 acre tract herein described, from which
point the southeast corner of said Woytek tract bears SOUTH 1003.6 feet;
THENCE with the fence along the west line of said road NORTH 250.9 feet
to a steel pin found for the northeast corner of the 5.124 acre tract
herein described;
THENCE leaving said road and with the north line of this survey,
crossing said Woytek tract S 89° - 52' W 888.61 feet to a steel pin found
in the fence along the west line of said Woytek tract for the northwest
corner of the 5.124 acre tract herein described;
THENCE with the fence along the west line of said Woytek tract

409 in Williamson County, Texas, said land also being out of a 77.02 -
acre tract described in a deed to Raymond Woytek, as recorded in Volume
512, Page 174 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. Surveyed
on the ground in the month of December 1974, by Don H. Bizzell, Registered
Professional Engineer, and described more fully as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the East line of said 77.02 -acre tract,
said point also being in the West line of an unpaved county road, said
point also being North 752.70 feet from the S.E. corner of said 77.02 -
acre tract for the S.E. corner hereof;
THENCE West 868.00 feet to an iron pin found in the West fence line of
said 77.02 acre tract for the S.W. corner hereof;
THENCE North 250.90 feet along said fence line to an iron pin found for
the N.W. corner hereof;
THENCE East 868.00 feet to an iron pin found in the East line of the said
77.02 -acre tract for the N.E. corner hereof;
THENCE South 250.9 feet along the said East line to the place of BEGINNING
and containing 5.00 acres of land.

as being a portion of that certain 76 acre tract of land that was conveyed to Marvin
H. Freeman by Deed of record in Volume464, Page 469 of the Williamson County, Texas
Deed Records, save and except said 30.0 acre tract being more fully described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe found at a fence corner, at the Southwest corner of said
76 acre tract for the southwest corner of the 30.0 acre tract herein described;
THENCE with the fence along the west line of said 76 acre tract N 00° 18' W,
1512.0 feet to a steel pin set for the northwest corner of the 30.0 acre tract here-
in described;
THENCE leaving said fence and with the north line of this survey East 869.32 feet
to a steel pin set in the fence along the west line of a county road for the north-
east corner of the 30.0 acre tract herein described;
THENCE with the fence along the west line of said road S 000 05' W, 1512.0 feet to
an iron pipe found at a fence corner in the south line of said 76 acre tract for
the southeast corner of the 30.0 acre tract herein described;
THENCE leaving said road and with the fence along the south line of said 76 acre
tract West 859.31 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING containing 30.0 acres of land.
