AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN
EASEMENTS THROUGH EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas,
has determined that additional wastewater lines are necessary
for the health and safety of the citizens of the City, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire easements over
certain property to construct and install wastewater lines
transfer wastewater from using customers to
facilities, and
WHEREAS, one of the necessary easements is
property described in Exhibit
incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS, negotiations with the owner(s) of the above de -

successful, Now Therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS
I.
That the City Attorney and/or other attorney(s) retained
by the City are hereby authorized and directed to immediately
proceed with the acquisition through eminent domain
proceedings of an easement for wastewater line purposes over
and upon the property described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. The terms,
conditions, rights, responsibilities and obligations of the
easement authorized for acquisition is as described in
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein for
purposes.

FIELD NOTES FOR A FIFTEEN (15) FOOT WIDE
AN + L N EASEMENT
FIELD NOTES describing an easement, being a fifteen (15) foot wide permanent
easement and a temporary construction easement fifty (50) feet in width, for
the purpose of construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line, being
upon Lots 13 and 12, Egger's Acres, Revision No. 1, as shown on a Plat of
Record in 'Volume 2, Page 140 of the Plat Records of 'Williamson County,
Texas, conveyed to Wayne F. Williams by deed recorded in Volume 766, Page
205 of the Deed Records of said County, said permanent easement being more
particularly described as being seven and one-half (7.5) feet on each side
of its following described centerline, and said temporary construction ease-
ment being more particularly described as being twenty-five (25) feet on
each side of its following described centerline:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a point, being the Northwest corner of said Lot
13; thence along the West line of said Lot 13, SO4°101E, 14.99 feet to a
point, being the Northerly limits and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter
described easement. centerline;
THENCE along the centerline hereof, the following three (3) courses:
1) S47°23'E, 40.04 feet to an angle point hereof;
2) S30°521E, 228.77 feet to an angle point hereof;
3) S07°57'W, 20.07 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway 79, being the South line of said Lot 12, for the Southerly limits
and POINT OF TERMINATION of the herein described easement.
