AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION AND SETTING A DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT

BEING 6.277 acres in Williamson County, Texas, 3.62 acres of the
David Curry Survey,. Abst. #130, and 2.657 acres of the G.W. Glasscock
Survey, Abst. #267, and being part of a 47 acre tract described in a
deed to Vonnie Tucker in Volume 490, Page 514, Deed Records of Williamson
County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in July of 1976, by W.F. Forest,
Registered Public Surveyor No. 101.
BEGINNING at an iron pin found at an ell corner in the West line
of the said 47 acre tract, a fence corner.
THENCE S 74°19' W 306.22 feet with a fence to set an iron pin.
THENCE N 15°47'30" W 225.5 feet to set an iron pin.
THENCE N 75°33' E 1172.91 feet crossing the common line between the
D. Curry Survey and the G.W. Glasscock Survey to set an iron pin
in the fenced West line of Sunrise Road (County Road 115).
