AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PRO-
CEED TO ACQUIRE AN ACCESS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY MICHAEL
BENNETT, JAMES D. ANDERSON AND GEORGE BOWERS
THROUGH EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS
I.
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed to acquire through eminent domain proceedings a
sewer line utility and temporary construction easement over
and across certain property owned by Michael Bennett, James
D. Anderson and George Bowers and described as follows:
Tract One:
FIELD NOTES describing an easement, being a perma-
nent easement fifteen (15) feet in width, and a
temporary construction easement thirty (30) feet in
width, for the purpose of construction and main-
tenance of a sewer line, being upon the following
three (3) tracts:
1) 5.633 acres conveyed to Michael Bennett, by deed
recorded in Volume 739, Page 276 of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas;
2) One-fourth (1/4) undivided interest conveyed to
James D. Anderson by deed recorded in Volume 752,
Page 750, of said Deed Records;
3) One-half (1/2) undivided interest conveyed to
George Bowers by deed recorded in Volume 743, Page
360, of said Deed Records, said permanent easement
being more particularly described as being seven
and one-half (7.5) foot on each side of its follow-
ing described centerline and said temporary
easement being more particularly described as being
fifteen (15) feet on each side of its following de-
scribed centerline:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a point in the new North
right-of-way line of R.M. 620, being the Southeast
corner of said 5.633 acres, thence along the East
line of said 5.633 acres, N 00°14' E, 225.05 feet
to a point, being the Easterly limits and POINT OF
BEGINNING of the hereinafter described easement
centerline;
THENCE along the centerline hereof, in a Westerly
direction, the following four (4) courses:
1) N 88°50'20" W, 91.24 feet to a Point of Curva-
ture hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having
elements of delta = 04°39'18"
feet, arc = 73.12 feet, tangent
bearing and chord = N 86°30'40"

3) N 84°11' W, 247.51 feet to an

of that certain 6.367 acres conveyed to Michael E.
Bennett, et ux, by deed recorded in Volume 584,
Page 661, of the Deed Records of Williamson County,
Texas, said permanent easement being more particu-
larly described as being seven and one-half (7.5)
feet on each side of its following described center-
line and said temporary easement being more particu-
larly described as being fifteen (15) feet on each
side of its following described centerline:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a point in the new North
right-of-way line of R.M. 620, being the Southwest
corner of said 6.367 acre remainder, thence along
the West line of said 6.367 acre remainder, N
00°55' E, 225.05 feet to a point, being the
Westerly limits and POINT OF BEGINNING of the
hereinafter described easement centerline:
THENCE along the centerline hereof, the following
four (4) courses:`
1) S 88°09'20" E, 13.68 feet to an angle point
hereof;
2) S 81°37' E, 909.69 feet to an angle point hereof;
3) S 79°01' E, 216.36 feet to a Point of Curvature
hereof;
4) Along the arc of a curve to the left having
elements of delta = 11°15'05", radius = 300.00
feet, arc = 58.91 feet, tangent = 29.55 feet, chord
bearing and chord = S 84°38'30" E, 58.82 feet to a
point in the East line of said 6.367 acre
remainder, being the Easterly limits and POINT OF
TERMINATION of the herein described easement center-
line.

tive vote of all the Council members present, the requirement
for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed
