O-82-966 - 8/26/1982TEXAS ORDINANCE NO. 9640 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 24 OF THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK FROM BROWN STREET TO ROUND ROCK AVENUE BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, I. That those portions of the alley in Block 24 of the Original Plat of the City of Round Rock, which alley is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned, and permanently vacated as an alley or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever. II. That the fee to the land in the above described portions of said alley is released and will revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities with the right of ingress and egress thereon for operating, enlarging, repair- ing, maintaining, rebuilding, replacing, relocating, and removing any existing public utilities. III. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. (Mark through the following alternative that is not appli- cable) Alternative 1.
