AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING:
BE IT ORDAINED BY_THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. On the 13th day of August
19.81,- at 7:00 o'clock P ..M. in the City Council Chamber
of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will --hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard
on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the
property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to
be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the above
described territory not more than twenty, days nor less than ten days
prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the
Municipal Annexation Act.

vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading
this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES OF 63.66 ACRES (PARCEL "F")
FIELD NOTES describing a 63.66 acre tract or parcel of land, out of the
David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County,
Texas, being a portion of that certain 169.43 acre tract conveyed to
Theron Bradford by deed recorded in Volume 574, Page 390 of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more particularly de-
scribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East right-of-way line of Interstate High-
way No. 35, being the Southwest corner of Sparks Acres, as shown on a
Plat of Record in Cabinet D, Slide 234 of the Plat Records of said
County, for the most Westerly Northwest corner and POINT OF BEGINNING
of the hereinafter described 63.66 acre PARCEL "F";
THENCE departing said East right-of-way line, along the South line of
said Sparks Acres, for a North line hereof, N79°56'E, 711.53 feet to a
point being the Southeast corner of said Sparks Acres, for an ell cor-
ner hereof;
THENCE along the East line of said Sparks Acres, N11°30'W, 295.71 feet
to a point in the South line of that certain 20.049 acre tract conveyed
to John P. Watson, Trustee, by deed recorded in Volume 650, Page 179 of
said Deed Records, being the North line of said 169.43 acre tract and
the Northeast corner of said Sparks Acres, for the most Northerly
Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along said Watson's South line, being the North line of said
169.43 acre tract, for a North line hereof, N79°581E, 1868.14 feet to a
point being an ell corner in said Watson tract, also being the most
Northerly Northeast corner of said 169.43 acre tract, for the most
Northerly Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along a West line of said Watson tract, being an East line of
said 169.43 acres, for the East line hereof, S20°35'E, 898.94 feet to a
point being the Northeast corner of that certain 31.362 acre tract con-
veyed to TELLABS (TEXAS), INC., for the Southeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line of said 31.362 acre tract, for a South line
hereof, S71°06'W, 1966.32 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
THENCE continuing along the South line hereof, the following five (5)
courses:
1) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
141°19'04", radius = 60.00 feet, tangent = 170.94 feet, arc = 147.99
feet, chord and chord bearing = 113.23 feet, N89°33'30"W, to a Point of
Reverse Curvature hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta =
51°19'04", radius = 20.00 feet, tangent = 9.61 feet, arc = 17.91 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 17.32 feet, S45°26'30"W, to a Point of Tan-
gency hereof;
3) S71°06'W, 630.39 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
4) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta =
18°10', radius = 570.00 feet, tangent = 91.13 feet, arc = 180.73 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 179.97 feet, S80°11'W, to a Point of Compound
Curvature hereof;
5) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta =
90°00', radius = 25.00 feet, tangent = 25.00 feet, arc = 39.27 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 35.36 feet, N45°441W, to a.point in said East
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 35, for the Southwest cor-
ner hereof;
THENCE along said East right-of-way line, for the West line hereof,
NO0°44'W, 960.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described
PARCEL "F", ' containing 63.66 acres of land more or less.
