O-81-914 - 7/23/1981ORDINANCE NO. 9/d AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING: BE IT ORDAINED BY_THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: Section 1. On the 13th day of August 19.81,- at 7:00 o'clock P ..M. in the City Council Chamber of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will --hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the above described territory not more than twenty, days nor less than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act. (Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.) Alternative 1.
