AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. On the 13th day of August
19 81, at 7:00 o'clock P .M. in the City Council Chamber
of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard
on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the
property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to
be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the above
described territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days
prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the
Municipal Annexation Act.

FIELD NOTES OF SUNRISE VISTA, SECTION ONE.(REVISED)
FIELD NOTES describing a 23.826 acre tract or parcel of land,
being 2.90 acres out of the George W. Glasscock Survey, Ab-
stract No. 267, and 20.926 acres out of the David Curry Sur-
vey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County, Texas,
being a 13.00 acre portion of that certain Tract One, and all
of that certain Tract Three conveyed to.Sunrise Vista Ven-
ture, a Joint Venture composed of Homes by Bill Kitts, Inc.,
and Premium Builders, Inc., by deed recorded in Volume 740,
Page 564 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at the Southeast corner of the David
Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, being the intersection of the
West right-of-way line of Sunrise Road (County Road 115) and
the North right-of-way line of Bowman Road (County Road 125),
being in the West line of said Glasscock Survey; thence along
said West right-of-way line of said Sunrise Road, North,
1535.80 feet to an iron pin found at the Northeast corner of
that certain 6.277 acre tract conveyed to W. B. Woodlief by
deed recorded in Volume 654, Page 881 of said Deed Records,
being the most Easterly Southeast corner and POINT OF BEGIN-
NING of the hereinafter described 23.826 acre tract;
THENCE along Woodlief's North line, for a South line hereof,
S75°54'30"W, 1173.09 feet to an iron pin found at Woodlief's
Northwest corner, for an ell corner hereof;
THENCE along Woodlief's West line for an East line hereof,
S15°44'20"E, 231.54 feet to an iron pin found in the North
line of Sunrise Vista, Section Four, as shown on a Plat of
Record in Cabinet D, Slide 236 of the Plat Records of said
County, for the most Southerly Southeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the South line hereof, the following two (2)
courses:
1) S74°22'40"W, 203.21. feet to an iron pin found for an
angle point hereof;
2) S74°20'W, 1156.98 feet to an iron pin found in the East
line of the Texas Baptist Children's Home tract, for the
Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the East line of said Texas Baptist Children's
Home, for the West line hereof, N18°12'30"W, 553.00 feet to
an iron pin found at the Southwest corner of that certain
tract of land conveyed to J. B. McMaster by deed recorded in
Volume 139, Page 180 of said Deed Records, for the Northwest
corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line hereof, the following four (4)
courses:
1) N76°24'30"E, 483.16 feet to an iron pin found for an
angle point hereof;
2) N76°34'50"E, 1405.18 feet to an iron pin found for an
angle point hereof;
3) N76°23'30"E, 167.11 feet to an iron pin found for an
angle point hereof;
4) N76°36'E, 574.22 feet to an iron pin found in the West
right-of-way line of said Sunrise Road, being the Southeast
corner of that certain tract of land conveyed to J. Kramer by
deed recorded in Volume 470, Page 404 of said Deed Records,
for the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along said West right-of-way line, for an East line
hereof, South, 261.67 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the
herein described tract, containing 23.826 acres of land more
or less.
