AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. On the 12th day of March
19 81 , at 7:00 o'clock P .M. in the City Council Chamber
of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public
hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard
on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas, of the
property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to
be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the above
described territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days
prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the
Municipal Annexation Act.

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members. present, the requirement for reading
this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES OF A SIXTY (60) FOOT WIDE ROADWAY (1.438 ACRES
FIELD NOTES describing a strip of land out of the David Curry Survey,
Abstract No. 130, being a portion of that certain 169.43 acre Tract
One, conveyed to Theron Bradford, by deed recorded in Volume 574, Page
390 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at a concrete highway monument found in the
East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 35, at the Southwest cor-
ner of said 169.43 acre tract, also being the Southwest corner of that
certain 55.57 acre tract conveyed by Bradford to B. J. Hughes by deed
recorded in Volume 706, Page 851 of said Deed Records; thence along
said East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 35, being the West
line of said Hughes tract, N05°48'W, 880.00 feet to a concrete highway
monument found at the Northwest corner of said Hughes tract;
thence continuing along said East right-of-way line, NOO°44'W, 450.80
feet to a point for the Southwest corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the
hereinafter described 1.438 acre tract;
THENCE continuing along said East right-of-way line, for the West line
hereof, NO0°441W, 110.00 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
THENCE departing said'East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 35,
for the North line hereof, the following four (4) courses:
1) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
90°00', radius = 25.00 feet, arc = 39.27 feet, tangent = 25.00 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 35.36 feet, S45 44'E, to a Point of Compound
Curvature hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
18°10', radius = 570.00 feet, arc = 180.73 feet, tangent = 91.13 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 179.97 feet, N80°IP'E, to a Point of Tangency
hereof;
3) N71°06'E, 630.39 feet, to a Point of Curvature hereof;
4) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
51°19'04", radius = 20.00 feet, arc = 17.91 feet, tangent = 9.61 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 17.32 feet, N45°26'30"E,. to a Point of Re-
verse Curvature hereof;
THENCE along the arc of a cul-de-sac having elements of delta
282°38'08", radius = 60.00 feet, arc = 295.98 feet, chord and chord
bearing = 75.00 feet, S18°54'E, to a Point of Reverse Curvature here-
of;
THENCE along the South line hereof, the following four (4) courses:
1) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
51°19'04", radius = 20.00 feet, arc = 17.91 feet, tangent = 9.61 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 17.32 feet, N83°14'30"W, to a Point of Tan-
gency hereof;
2) S71°06'W, 630.39 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
3) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta
18°10', radius = 630.00 feet, arc = 199.75 feet, tangent = 100.72 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 198.9.2 feet, S80°11'W, to a Point of Reverse
Curvature hereof;
4) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta =
90°00', radius = 25.00, arc = 39.27 feet, tangent = 25.00 feet, chord
and chord bearing = 35.36 feet, S44°16'W, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of
the herein described tract of land, containing 1.438 acres of land more
or less.
