Consider executing Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with Patin Construction,
LLC for the Greenlawn Storm Drainage Improvements Project.
This construction contract implements the storm drainage improvements design by
MWM Design Group. This project was designed to capture and convey storm water in
order to reduce the potential flooding frequency in the area. On August 30, 2016, the
City received and opened seven bids for construction of the project. The City awarded
the contract to Patin Construction, the lowest bidder in the amount of $263,079.
This change order includes the removal of some items from the contract that were not
installed or used during construction. In addition, this quantity change includes two
items that where extended beyond the original limits of construction.
Change Order No. 1 for the amount of $11,748 will decrease the original contract
amount of $263,079 to $251, 331.
