AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF AUSTIN
AVENUE BE VACATED AND ABANDONED; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID TRACT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS,
I.
That that portion of Austin Avenue west of its intersec-
tion with Round Rock Avenue, as more fully described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby
abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public
thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever.
II.
That the fee to the land in the above described portion
of said street and as shown on Exhibit "A" is hereby released
and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law,
save and except that easements are reserved for any and all
existing utilities.

FIELD NOTES OF 0.444 ACRES (AUSTIN AVENUE)
FIELD NOTES describing a 0.444 acre tract or parcel of land out of the
Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract No. 298 situated in the City of Round
Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of Austin Avenue, a
sixty (60) foot wide right-of-way, recorded in Volume 25, Page 314 of
the Deed Records of said County and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set at the intersection of the South right-of-
way line of said Austin Avenue and the West right-of-way line of San
Saba Street and being the Northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 30, convey-
ed to E. R. Anderson by deed recorded in Volume 455, Page 108 of said
Deed Records, for the Southeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the
hereinafter described 0.444 acre tract of land.
THENCE along the North line of Lots 10 through 6 inclusive, Block 30,
and said South right-of-way line, for the South line hereof, S72°35'W,
270.00 feet pass the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, and continue a
distance of 80.00 feet, in all being a total distance of 350.00 feet to
an iron pin set in an East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 35
and the West right-of-way line of Old Blair Street, for the Southwest
corner hereof;
THENCE along an East right-of-way line of said Interstate 35 and the
West right-of-way line of said Old Blair Street, for the West line
hereof, N17°25'W, 60.00 feet to an iron pin set at the intersection of
an East right-of-way line of said Interstate Highway 35 and the North
right-of-way line of said Austin Avenue for the Northwest corner here-
of;
THENCE along an East right-of-way line of said Interstate Highway 35
and the North right-of-way line of said Austin Avenue for a North line
hereof, the following two (2) courses:
1) N72°35'E, 268.84 feet to a point in the South right-of-way line of
Round Rock Avenue, a 90.00 foot wide right-of-way, for an angle point
hereof;
2) S80°151'E, 90.78 feet to a point at the intersection of the project-
ed West right-of-way line of said San Saba Street and the South right-
of-way line of said Round Rock Avenue, for the Northeast corner here-
of;
THENCE along the projected West right-of-way line of said San Saba
Street, for the East line hereof, S17°251E, 19.40 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land containing 0.444 acres
of land more or less.
I, Timothy E. Haynie, A REGISTERED PUBLIC SURVEYOR, do hereby certify
that these field notes accurately represent the results of an on -the -
ground survey made under my direction and supervision on the 31st day
of July, 1980. All corners located are as shown. There are no en-
croachments, conflicts or protrusions apparent on the ground except as
shown.
