O-80-759 - 8/28/1980ORDINANCE NO. 75 J AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF OLD BLAIR STREET BE VACATED AND ABANDONED; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID TRACT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, I. That that portion of Old Blair Street, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever. II. That the fee to the land in the above described portion of said street and as shown on Exhibit "A" is hereby released and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities. R.
