BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That that portion of an alleyway as more fully described in Exhibit attached hereto, be and the same is hereby abandoned and permanently vacated as an alley or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever. That the fee to the land in the above described portion of said alley and as shown on Exhibit "A" is hereby released and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law, save and except that easements are reserved for any and all existing utilities. ATTEST: Y L. , Nva; or City of Round Rock, Texas FIELD NOTES OF 0.124 ACRES (TWENTY FOOT WIDE ALLEY) FIELD NOTES described a 0.124 acre tract or parcel of land out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract No. 298 situated in the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and being all of that certain twenty (20) foot wide alley, Block Thirty (30) as recorded in Volume 25, Page 314 of the Deed Records of said County and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at an iron pin set at the intersection of the South right-of-way line of Austin Avenue and the West right-of-way line of San Saba Street and being the Northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 30, conveyed to E. R. Anderson by deed recorded in Volume 455, Page 108 of said Deed Records, thence in a Southerly direction along said West right-of-way line and the East line of said Lot 10, S17°25'E, 125.00 feet to an iron pin set at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of said alley and said West right-of-way line being the Southeast corner of said Lot 10, for the Northeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described 0.124 acre tract of land. Bradley by deed recorded in Volume 311, Page 398 of said Deed Records, for the Southeast corner hereof; THENCE along the South right-of-way line of said alley and the North line of Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, Block 30, for the South line here- of, S72°35'W, 270.00 feet to an iron pin set at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Old Blair Street and the South right-of-way line of said alley, being the Northwest corner of said Lot 5, Block 30, conveyed to Aaron Bradley by deed recorded in Volume 144, Page 175 of said Deed Records, for the Southwest corner hereof; THENCE along said East right-of-way line and the West right-of-way line of said alley, for the West line hereof, N17°25'W, 20.00 feet to an iron pin set at the intersection of said North right-of-way line and said East right-of-way line at the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 30, conveyed to Victor Robertson by deed recorded in Volume 447, Page 372 of said Deed Records for the Northwest corner hereof; THENCE along the South line of Lots 6 through 10, inclusive, Block 30, and said North right-of-way line, being the North line hereof, N72°35'E, 270.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land containing 0.124 acres of land more or less.
