RE: McNeil Consumer Products Company
Dear Mr. Samuelson:
Please find enclosed herewith triplicate originals of an Annexation or City
Limits Extension Petition executed by McNeil Consumer Products Company.
It is our understanding in accordance with the Annexation timetable you
presented to me dated December 22, 1978, that the annexation proceeding
will begin February 8, 1979, but that final passage of the annexation ordi-
nance will not occur until the last meeting of the Round Pock City Council
to be held March 22, 1979. It is further our understanding that the annexa-
tion ordinance, as finally passed, would not be forwarded to the Comptroller
until sometime after April 1, 1979.
It is further our understanding that in conjunction with the filing of this
Annextion Petition city services (including water and sewer) will be made
available to McNeil Consumer Products Company at its Round Rock plant as
agreed upon.
I thank you very much for your fine efforts on behalf of the City of Round
Rock and we, with the McNeil Consumer Products Company, look forward to being
a part of this community.
