AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
SUCH PUBLIC HEARING:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. On the of day of , 19/n, at
TOO o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chamber of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing
giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on
the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas of the
property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public
hearing to be published once in a newspaper having general cir-
culation in the city and in the above described territory not more
than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date of such
public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation
Act.

vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for

(U.S. HIGHWAY 79 CORRIDOR --PHASE II --ANNEXATION)
64.04 acres of land, more or less, same being out of and a part of
the Prior A. Holder Survey in Williamson County, Texas, which 64.04
acres of land are more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at an iron stake found in the north line of
U.S. Highway 79, said stake also being at the southwest corner of that
certain 13.07 acre tract of land as conveyed to Kelly Edgar and Ina
May Ogletree McAdams by deed recorded in Volume 491, Page 593 of
the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and from which corner
th8 northwest corner of said Prior A. Holder Survey bears North
81 19' West for a distance of 1227 feet and North for a distance
of 6857.70 feet;
THENCE with the north line of U.S. Highway 79, South 81° 19' East
for a distance of 485.44 feet to a point in said north line and in
the present corporate limit line of the City of Round Rock;
THENCE with the north line of U.S. Highway 79 and the present
limit line of the City of Round Rock in an easterly direction
a distance of 5280 feet a line parallel to said north line to
