AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS: Section 1. On the /A day of % , 19 71, at 7.00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chamber of the City of Round Rock, Texas,. the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Round. Rock, Texas of the property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. The City Secretary of the City of Round Rock is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in a newspaper having general cir- culation in the city and in the above described territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act. (Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.) Alternative 1. By motion duly made, seconded and passed withan affirmative vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with. PROPERTIES, INC. Being a 1.446 acre tract or parcel of land, together with an easement later described as Road Easement out of the David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County, Texas, and also being a portion of that land conveyed to M.K.M. Properties, Inc., described as Tracts I and II in a deed recorded in Volume 685, Page 712 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, said portion being more particularly described by Hetes and bounds as follows: Beginning for Reference at a concrete highway monument found in the East R.O.W. line of I.H. 35 at the Southwest corner of said Tract II; Thence N80°08'E, 859.01 feet and N80°27'E, 215.00 feet along the South line of said Tract II to an iron pin set for .the Southwest corner and the True Point of Beginning of this herein described tract; Thence N09°52'W, 251.19 feet to an iron pin set for the Northwest corner hereof; Thence N80°08'E, crossing the common line of the aforesaid Tract I and II, 250.00 feet to an iron pin set for the Northeast corner hereof; Thence S09°52'W, crossing said common line, 252.57 feet to an iron pin set in the South line of said Tract II for the Southeast corner hereof; Thence S80°27'W, 250.00 feet along said Southline to the True Point of Beginning of this. herein described tract containing 1.446 acres of land, more or less. Road Easement Being an easement for the purpose of ingress and egress to the aforedescribed tract, said easement lying upon a thirty (30) foot wide strip of land across a portion of the afresaid Tract II, said easement being more fully described as being thirty (30) feet Southerly of and parallel to its hereinafter described North line; Beginning for Reference at a concrete highway monument in the East R.O.W. line of I.H.35 at the Southwest corner of the aforesaid Tract II; Thence NO2°23'E, 286.52 feet along said R.O.W. line to the point of intersection of said R.O.W. line and the North margin of this easement, being the True Point of Beginning of this description; Thence along the North margin hereof, being parallel with and 280.0 feet Northerly of the South line of said Tract II, N80°08'E, 901.26 feet to the Point of Curvature of a curve to the right; Thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, having elements of delta = 30°00, radius = 111.96 feet, tangent = 30.00 feet, arc = 58.62 feet and chord bearing and distance of 5.84°52'E,, 57.96 feet to a Point of Reverse Curve of a curve to the left; Thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, having elements of delta = 30°001, radius = 111.96 feet, tangent = 30.00 feet, arc = 58.62 feet and chord bearing and distance of S84°52'E, 57.96 feet to the Point of Tangency of said curve, said point also being the Northwest corner of the aforedescribed 1.446 acre tract for the limits of this described easement. Haynie, A REGISTERED PRCOFESSIONAL ENGINEER, do hereby certify that these field notes and attached plat accurately represents the results of an on the ground survey made under my direction and supervision on the 12th day of December, 1977.
