AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE RIDING OF A
MOTORCYCLE IN, AROUND OR THROUGH ANY CITY -OWNED
OR OPERATED PARK AND POOL AREAS WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A DEFINITION OF THE TERM "MOTORCYCLE";
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECT OF THIS ORDINANCE
ON OTHER ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDING FOR
A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS:
Section 1:
It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons
to operate or ride as a passenger or driver of a motorcycle
in, around or through any city -owned or operated park and
pool areas within the city limits of the City of Round Rock,
Texas.
Section 2:

Section 4:
All ordinances heretofore adopted by the City Council
of the City of Round Rock which are in conflict herewith,
are expressly repealed.
Section 5:
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City
Council of the City of Round Rock that the sub -sections,
paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance
are severable, and if any of them shall be declared uncon-
stitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of
any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality
or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining sub-
sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases of this
ordinance since the same would have been enacted by the
City Council of the City of Round Rock without the incorpora-
tion in this ordinance of any unconstitutional or invalid
sub -sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases.
