O-58-236 - 11/22/1958ORDINANCE NO 236 QUIIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS 1 COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON 1 ICNOW BY That the City of Round Rock, Texas, a municipal corporation, incorporated under the lawe of the State of Texas, acting by and through Edward J. Walsh, Jr., its Mayor, hereunto duly authorized by ordinance passed by the Ctiy Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/I00 Dollars (1,00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby ac- knowledged, does by these presents BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE, and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a Missouri corporation, its successors and assigns, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain tr,.ct or parcel of land lying in the County of Williamson, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: Being a parcel of land out of the J, M. Harrell Survey in Williamson County, Texas. Said parcel being a portion of the same property conveyed to Old Settlers' Association by Maggie J. Harrell by deed dated April 21, 1931, of record in Volume 258, page 27b of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of this tract, said point being on the centerline of the relocated Georgetown Branch of the Missouri Pacific Railroad at Engineer's Station 46 73.0 as located by the Texas Highway Department, and also being in the approximate center of Lake Creek; THENCE S. 67° 06.25' W,, 50.0 feet along said center of Lake Creek to a point; THENCE N. 22° 53.75' W., 150,3 feet parallel to and 50.0 feet frothe centerline of the relocated Georgetown Branch to a point in the west line of this tract; THENCE N. 50 26.25' E., 210.7 feet along the west line of this tract, crossing the centerline of the relocated Georgetown Branch at Engineer's Station 49 16,0, to a point; THENCE S. 22° 53.75' E., 135.7 feet parallel to and 50.0 feet from the centerline of the relocated Georgetown Branch to a point; THENCE S. 40° 13.8' E., 209.5 feet to a point in the south line of this tract, said point being in the approxinate center of Lake Creek; THENCE S. 67° 06.25' W., 112.4 feet along the center of Lake Creek to the point of beginning and containing 0.701 acre of land, more or less. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges •and appurtenances thereto in any -:nner belonging, unto the said Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a Mieaouri corporation, itucces oniand assigns, 'srev+r, so that neither the City of Round Rork, Texas, nor i'te suac claiming under it, shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the a.foresaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
