I have reviewed pertinent information regarding the above referenced property. It is our
understanding you seek a current market value appraisal of the tract to be used by the City of
Round Rock for acquisition of the Whole Property. Our fee to appraise this property is
$5,000.00.
The appraisal will be prepared in a narrative format in conformance with the Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We can complete the assignment within sixty
(60) day of our receipt of authorization to proceed.
If additional time for litigation support and/or testimony is required, out time will be billed
according to the attached Fee Schedule.
