The purpose of this letter is to confirm How 2 Media's (H2M) interest in considering your company and/or product for a featured
segment of at least three (3) minutes in an upcoming thirty (30) minute episode of our show. While we are still in the process of
researching companies and gathering information, we feel an exchange of information is warranted at this time. Should your company
be selected, please be aware that How 2 Media will be sending a camera crew to your location for a one (1) day shoot, the purpose of
which is to gather b -roll footage with which to tell your company's story to a national television audience.
In preparation for our eighth season, our camera crews will travel around the world, seeking out companies and products to represent
the "World's Greatest!..." in an industry. As this season of "World's Greatest!..." is scheduled to be a 13 -part series of half-hour shows
(each reaching more than 100 million potential households through national networks), we are making sure that the content of each will
capture and educate viewers. The companies featured will be considered industry leaders or experts in the field, offering insight into
their respective industries to the viewing audience.
Please consider the following BEFORE signing and returning the enclosed contract:
Communication: This is the most crucial element of our show. It takes us 3-5 months to write, shoot, edit, and air an
episode and the segments within. During that time, our production team communicates with the companies for the purposes
of setting up a shoot date, getting questions answered, fact -checking of scripts, and making sure the video does not reveal
proprietary information or break non -disclosure agreements. We allow company feedback so everyone is comfortable with
what we're saying and showing. We need the companies we choose to meet our deadlines. We need the assigned contact
person to get us what we need in a timely manner. If you have any concerns about communication, please DO NOT sign this
contract, as any delays in a project affect your segment as well as the other segments within that episode.
• The "affiliation fee": This fee covers the cost of the entertainment rights to the final segment and the rights to all raw video
shot on location. The companies featured on our show can use these any way they wish once the segment airs. We are not
here to sell your product. Please DO NOT sign this contract if you have any budgetary concerns or are looking for someone to
produce an advertisement or infomercial for you.
• Timing: We understand unexpected delays come up from time to time. We are willing to work with you if this happens.
However, we cannot push back shoots for several months or allow a company to "back out" of a contract. Once my Executive
Producers select a company and sign the contract, both sides are legally obligated to live up to the terms within that contract.
If you know of anything that may get in the way of our shoot or deadlines (i.e. upcoming trade show, shutdowns, move to a
new building, etc.) please DO NOT sign this contract.
Other considerations:
• On -camera spokesperson: We require executive leadership on -camera. We want a person or persons who can talk
comfortably and passionately about the industry and your company.
• Digital logo/Contact information: Any company chosen for the show must provide H2M with a high-quality digital logo and
up-to-date contact information. H2M promotes featured companies on the "World's Greatest!..." website. Each segment ends
on a full -screen billboard with information the viewer can use to contact the company if necessary.

"World's Greatest!..." is airing Episode #100!
Boynton Beach, FL...... For eight seasons, "World's Greatest!..." has educated and entertained viewers across the
country by showing them the best and brightest companies, products, and places that the world has to offer. From Boston
to Bangladesh, from Moscow to Miami, "World's Greatest!..." has seen it all. And it's taken you along for the ride!
"We're very excited about our 100th episode," said Gordon Freeman, Executive Producer of the long-running series.
"When I look back, it's amazing to think about all of the places we've been and all of the compelling stories we've been
able to share with our viewers. We've been inside Fortune 500 companies and we've met innovative new companies that
are changing their respective industries. Our viewers count on us to make exciting television and it's a responsibility we
take very seriously."
Every episode features a variety of segments, each of which covers a different category represented by a unique
company. After producing over seven hundred segments on various companies, it's still just as exciting today as it was
when the show first launched.
"I remember our first season and how nervous I was every time a new episode would air," said Robert Baccarie, a senior
producer. "I remember wondering if we'd be able to do justice to some of the incredible companies we were featuring. It
wasn't until after about the third episode that I was able to sleep soundly. The feedback we got was incredible. The
viewers were happy, the companies were happy, the crew was happy. And it's only gotten better. I feel like we've been
able to maintain a level of excellence for eight seasons that's pretty rare in today's television world."
With so many companies featured over the years, it's tough to narrow it down and pick favorites. Each company is
selected based on criteria set by the Executive Producers. Overall reputation within its industry, impact on the average
viewer's life, visual appeal, and on -camera expertise are all things considered as part of the selection process. And it's not
always easy to pick just one company to represent an entire industry.
"Some of our production meetings get pretty heated," said senior producer Darrin Willhite. "It's not uncommon to hear
raised voices and pounding on the table as researchers and associate producers lobby for their favorite companies to be
picked for the show. We all understand that we've got a show to make, but at the same time we all develop a personal
attachment to the companies that we've researched."
So what does "World's Greatest!..." plan for the next hundred episodes? More educational and entertaining programming
that is sure to capture the viewer's imagination and explain just what makes the companies featured.....the World's
Greatest!

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Round Rock Sports Center, hereinafter, "Company", will only be used in positive light in any situation in which its products or services
appear. In any language used toward a specific function of supplying product or service, "Company" will be notified in advance to check
for accuracy.
"World's Greatest!..." is a 13 -part series of half-hour shows each reaching more than 100 million potential households through
independent cable networks and/or network affiliates on paid programming blocks .The purpose of the shows is to educate, inform, and
entertain viewers. Networks are selected based on ability to target a specific audience and potential household reach. How 2 Media, an
independent production company, guarantees to air an episode of "World's Greatest!..." featuring "Company" as stated in this
agreement. Failure to air said episode as stated will result in a full and complete refund of any and all monies paid to How 2 Media.
"Company" will be featured prominently on an episode of "World's Greatest!..." that will air a minimum of two (2) times nationally.
Product and/or company will be mentioned by name and specific product usage or application footage will be integrated into the
segment (if applicable). Product and/or company will be featured for a minimum of three (3) minutes. "Company" will receive
promotional consideration during the segment and/or following the show. Promotional consideration will include "Company's" logo and
web address/phone number and will be displayed for between 5 and 10 seconds. "Company" will provide exact listing as it is to appear.
"Company" will be featured on the www.worldsgreatesttv.com website for a period of no less than ninety (90) days. Its logo will be
linkable to the main company website.
"Company" must inform How 2 Media of any and all press releases, media alerts, or other public announcements it makes regarding
the show prior to release. Any reference to "World's Greatest!..." must be approved in writing by How 2 Media. Failure to notify How 2
Media of any and all press releases, media alerts, or other public announcements regarding "World's Greatest!..." constitutes a breach
of contract.
How 2 Media will provide a camera crew to shoot one (1) day of B -Roll footage (defined as an 8 hour shoot day) on location in HD
format. "Company" may keep the B -Roll footage once the show has aired, along with all legal rights to the footage.
"Company" will receive an edited copy of its segment upon completion and airing, along with all legal rights to use the finished segment.
The Affiliation Fee of $9,700 is payable to How 2 Media and is due upon receipt of invoice. The Affiliation Fee of $9,700 constitutes the
whole and complete monetary cost to "Company". This Affiliation fee is only due IF this contract is counter -signed and approved by
How 2 Media. If this contract is not counter -signed, no money is due, and neither party is obligated.
"Company" does hereby commit to participate in the television project as described above and does further agree to pay the Affiliation
Fee as described above. "Company" agrees to promptly and timely deliver all necessary documentation, execute all questionnaires,
review all scripts, and adhere to reasonable shooting schedules. All performance guarantees made by How 2 Media to "Company" in
this agreement are contingent upon "Company" fulfilling all of its obligations contained in this agreement and not unreasonably
withholding any approvals.
"Company" understands and acknowledges that How 2 Media will immediately begin to incur costs related to certain aspects of
"Company's" segment. This agreement contains the full and complete understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the
subject matter hereof, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties whether written or oral, pertaining
thereto, and cannot be modified except by a written instrument signed by each party hereto.
